We have used Cindy Herron as an agent to sell several of our homes and properties in Madison over the past few years. She was the dual agent on one and was absolutely professional and trustworthy throughout the process. She has continually proven herself to be nothing short of outstanding!! Our most recent sale was a bit of a challenge as it was a recreational use boathouse (not something you can live in permanently) but Cindy was relentless at finding the perfect buyers (even despite the spring tornado and COVID)!! She took the most gorgeous pictures and video and helped us with staging, so when we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off – our listing looked amazing!
