REMINDER … GET IT SERVICED .. It’s getting HOT outside! If you want to get the most life out of your air conditioner AND save money on your monthly electric bill, then you should get it serviced every year. It’s best to do it NOW before it gets real hot outside. Also, make sure the repairman checks the A/C unit’s pan for leaks or rusting before he leaves. If it should rust through it could cause major ceiling damage from water!
